Please send good vibes

Ladies, after 9 months of trying I got pregnant my sister and I were pregnant together, due 1 week apart. I was so excited. My pregnancy ended in miscarriage. Last week my sister had her son. It was bitter sweet. Friday I got a positive hpt! I was in shock. We had taken a break from ttc and I had a raging yeast infection for like half the month. Never thought I would fall pregnant. Sadly my symptoms are going away just like my last miscarriage. Please please please send out good vibes into the universe that this is a sticky baby! I am meditating a lot to help keep me calm but I need any extra positive energy out there in the universe for me. Thank you all in advance.

Edit: not looking good. I demanded a blood test and my levels came back low (receptionist was just relaying message and said she didnt have a number). They are retesting tomorrow. I am so disappointed.
