Victoria's Secret
Hi! Ok, so this is pretty much a rant. I'm 17 and a senior in high school, and my family is against me shopping at Victoria's Secret for bras. When I say bras, I don't mean the lacy & sexy lingre. I mean the basic bras that they have.
I have a few by them, thanks to my friends for giving them to me as presents (I know. My friends are pretty bomb) and I love their sizing. And recently, I've noticed that I most likely need to go up a cup size. But, if I tell my guardian (I live with my uncle) that I need new bras, he'll go full-force against VS for no reason. He thinks that me wearing them is going to magically make me want to have sex. I mean, I'm having sex reguardless of what brand my boulder holder is, but really? He really thinks that a brand of bras is going to make me more likely to have "dirty thoughts" than another brand? Gah.
I know that this sounds very first world, and I should just get over it, but it bothers me that he and the rest of my family are so against me shopping there. It's a freaking bra. A well fitting bra. Yes, it's expencive, but dang.
