Negative HPT or after bleeding stops??

Hey mamas! I miscarried at 5+4 and have been told we can start trying again right away. However I’ve had a lot of conflicting info on when it’s safe to have unprotected sex again. I’ve heard to wait until the bleeding stops (it has stopped completely), and I’ve also been told to wait for sex until I get a negative hpt. I took one this morning and there was a VERY VERY faint line that you had to squint to see. Any advice on this? Which is it? Negative hpt or no more bleeding? Or both?
