Periods and swimming
I am due to have my period a few days before my Friday sport thing at school and it’s swimming. The teacher that takes my swimming group is female but I am scared because it could possibly be the first time I use a tampon and I am scared and if a am to anxious to use it how do i tell her that I want to sit out.
