Dang it I didn't mean to delete my comment. The wraps are the best skin repair wrap.  They tighten, tone, and firm the skin. If you have loose skin after a baby or major weight loss they will help your skin snap back. Yes we ask you to drink water and stay hydrated during and after the wraps but don't over do it because you will retain water.
