What are signs he's coming?

So I've been in hospital 2 times in the last 5 days with Braxton hicks contractions, they said I could go into labour whenever after running a test to find out? I'm only 34 weeks but baby's measuring 39w1d! (All the midwives are sure the nurse who scanned me messed up with dates etc).

But these last couple days I've had such a bad back, Heart burn, diarrea, bad Braxton hicks contractions, I've also lost my plug already! But as the days go by the worse my back is getting:( it's like period cramp?

He honestly doesn't keep still, he's head down, my cervix isn't dilated or anything! Still closed. They're happy if he comes now and is very surprised if I make it another 2 weeks!

Any signs and tips of Labour? Sex isn't an option 😂😂 I struggle putting my shoes on!🤣
