I think I’ve just about read every single fertility and infertility-related article Glow has on here, especially the ones about infertility treatments.
My husband and I have been TTC for well over a year now, and my new doctor recently put me on Letrozole (Femara). I realize it’s not “technically” designed as a fertility drug, but it is commonly prescribed to help women ovulate who otherwise don’t on their own.
From what I’ve researched, quite a bit of women with PCOS who have tried both Clomiphene and Letrozole have responded better and have had better success with Letrozole. And while most women don’t have the misfortune of being diagnosed with PCOS, it is one of the leading causes of infertility. At least 1 in 8 women will have it.
You have information and stats on the other drugs such as Clomid/Clomiphene, which is great. But I’d like to read more about what Glow’s Fertility Support has to say about Femara/Letrozole.
