Looking for a hair stylist (South of Houston)

I'm new to the area (heck, I'm new to the state!), I actually live in Wharton, TX but I know it's a small town so my options r limited. I would be willing to go as far toward Houston as the Richmond/Rosenberg area. Or I could the other direction, I'm not very far from Bay City. Anyone have any salon suggestions? I also would like somewhat affordable, I know that's relative but for the stylist I was going to before I moved it cost me about $85 each time for a cut (styling included) and partial highlight.
