Starting exercise after c-section
I had my son 4 weeks ago and my OB told me i can start “light yoga” now but to “wait a few weeks” for anything more difficult.
How did you start exercising again? What should i avoid? When can i go back to normal?
I don’t have any more appointments, she didn’t tell me to schedule any more and i feel like i was left with a lot of loose ends on my recovery.
