How many of you mommas have given up dairy?

It was hard at first but after the 1st week it came natural haha. There are a lot of substitutes. Pinterest has a lot of recipes to make something dairy free. 
I was most sad about giving up Mac and cheese haha, but I eventually found a recipe.

I did for roughly 3 weeks while trying to figure out if that was the cause of my LO’s digestive issues and fussiness.
It wasn’t. 🤷‍♀️ she has reflux.

I eat dairy with almost every meal mostly for my protein. I'll eat a yogurt or string cheese or milk in my overnight oats. My baby is 4.5 months old and dosent seem to have any issues.

I’ve tried, but I like cereal too much. I tried almond milk, but it wasn’t for me it was too sweet and tasted too much like almonds. I don’t eat much cheese or anything else just milk in my cereal, but it’s my addiction lol.
