My so annoyed right now!

So I’m 14+5 and my sex drive has gone since becoming pregnant and my partner gets really annoyed when I turn him down don’t get me wrong he’s so loving and understanding about everything else but when it comes to that he’s not and I’m worried it’s going to push him away to someone else

Please help me find a way to tell him it’s not because I don’t love him it’s just my sex drive has gone

And when did it come back for some of you lady’s?
