Chest pains?

I’ll be 12 weeks on Tuesday. Last Wednesday I went into the emergency room to get fluids and they ended up admitting me because my heart rate was a little high. After getting me more fluids it went down and I was discharged. Since recovering at home (I was also diagnosed with the flu) every once in awhile I feel sharp pains in my chest, to the left, by where my heart is. . . It only lasts a couple seconds, but I’m wondering if this is a normal symptom any of you have experienced? This is baby #3 for me but I’m not remembering it happening with my first two. Any help is appreciated. ?
