Can someone help me

My son is sick he has a runny nose and cough he woke up sat him right next to me out of no where he started bleeding from one of his nostrils very random never had happened first time. He didn’t not hit himself or nothing. I did get a little scared just nose started coming down from his nose what do I do ? Or why can this happen
