HELP PLEASE!

My period was about a week late but recently it's been off anyways but when It arrived I filled only two pads and for 4 days very light spotting. I have been feeling good I've been dizzy and I'm very pale. I'm also experiencing a little bit of chest pain and my left arm is hurting (im 20 so I dont think it's a heart attack) what's wrong with me??
