How do you make more milk😰
I need serious help I feel like im not making enough milk, the first pp week I could pump 8oz from each boob every other hour but this past week (pp week#2) I’ve only been able to get maybe 8oz a day if I’m lucky, what am I doing wrong. I still drink the same amount of water and eat the same, is there something I can do different to make me produce more?😰😪😪
