Pelvic girdle pain rant
I have a band and crutches and physiotherapy and painkillers (just paracetamol) but nearly every morning I toss and turn from 1-4/5am then the past two work days, Friday and today, was in too much pain and physically exhausted to move to get ready for work. My partner was made redundant in December I need to work as much as possible but this is getting oh so very difficult. Are there any mums out there like me that can give some advice or reassurance? I feel like I failed today. :(
