Vitamin B6 for nausea

Morning ladies. I'm 10 weeks 4 days and I've had enough of this constant nausea now! I don't vomit, it's just a constant feeling of nausea that's worse in the morning and evening. I've read that taking B6 supplements can help. Does anyone know what kind of dose I would need? I've seen supplements available varying between 10mg to 100mg.
