Question
Yesterday I was in the attic and when I got almost down the steps I stepped on the ground and slipped hit my back on the stairs and twisted my toes but I didn’t completely fall I caught myself , now I’m in so much pain I’m not sure if I should go be seen or not to make sure we are okay? Wait it out not that big of a deal cause I didn’t fall I’m not sure!
