Lletz treatment

Hi all I recently had lletz treatment after CIN 3 discovery my procedure went well under general anaesthetic this was on the 4 of January we had sex after 4 weeks had my first period a little heavier but on time my second is due but this is the worrying one very light next to nothing which is strange I have done a whole lot of reassure and carnt find anything of it being lighter I wondered if anyone had been though this and there experiences after lletz
