Any advice on this situation?

My ex and I haven’t had any intercourses in 10 years, we’ve remained friends via random messages and what not. I have a lot of love for this guy.We met up and had sex after 10 years, slightly regretting it but I’m officially pregnant.

He has other children. I haven’t told him I’m pregnant just yet.. anyone been in the same situation and how did you manage?
