Hi!

My newborn won’t fall asleep till around midnight and I have no idea how to solve it. We have a routine and I get him in his crib by 930 but he cries on and off, wants more food, etc. until he finally drifts off to sleep around 12:30pm. I can’t keep doing this night after night...

I think he may have his days and nights mixed up. During the day I don’t let him sleep longer than 2 hours between feedings but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything. How can I fix his internal clock?
