So much pain

Yall.... i have a hemorrhoid and it hurts so bad I was awake most of the night in tears. I can’t walk, sit, lay or even move without a sharp pain shooting up my entire body. I’ve been using the cream, tucks and witch hazel for two days and ZERO relief. I have practically lived in the bath but that is super uncomfortable too. I’m terrified because I have to deliver early (within the next week & a half) and I’m really worried that it’s going to hurt too bad to labor 😭😭

What else can I do?
