Gain healthy weight
I'm 33 and have always been thin. Genetics. I'm 5"7 avg 103lbs. My body is same since high school. I never had kids. When I get stressed /stressed I dont eat lose my appetite. Or I eat and get full fast. I hate how thin I am. I want to look healthy I feel miserable. My mom said my face even looks hollow and look thinner than when I was younger. I've tried to eat the junk food didnt work. I've notice eating consitant steak , Greek yogurt and pasta all week my thighs butt get a little thicker but if I stop it's gone in a day. Im thinking I am missing protein and my blood test say I have low healthy cholesterol. How do I game 25lbs or at least start 10lbs and keep it. I dont go to gym. I dont know what to do how to get thicker and gain muscle. What exact work out can I do? What exact foods and how much a day? Please help. Every time I ask people they just say I'm so lucky.
