When did you stop exercise in third trimester?
I’m having twins and still work out 5 days a week (or try to). At what point should I stop and just wait for the babies? It’s starting to get difficult and I get out of breath easily, and have Braxton Hicks contractions every workout. Also, I have a lot of painting and house projects to do before the babies arrive and I’m wondering if I should skip exercise and just focus on that.
