Does it look like I dropped?

I'm 35 weeks pregnant today! I went Saturday to the Womans Hospital due to having major pain that started with my hip and went around my back. I've been stressed a lot also due to my aunt passing away and just problems here and there. They checked me and I was 1cm dilated. O know you can be that way for some weeks but, pain has been bothering me still and I know baby is ok cause he is constantly moving and no mucus plug yet, but have I dropped? Seems like belly is alot lower then normal.
