My expectations vs my body controlling reality
Me: All of my meals are going to come off of the recommended food list. I can only have one "cheat" snack a day.
My body: cheerios for breakfast. Nothing else.
Me: oh..okay I guess that's okay I'll just put a banana in it!
My body: Poptarts. Now.
Me: but..I was going to have an omelette with spinach
My body: bitCH I CONTROL YOUR GAG REFLEX
My body: Ramen noodles next
Me: okay no I literally can't eat that I'm allergic to the seasoning.
