Running fitness journey
Started my fitness journey in the beginning of January! I’ve only lost 5 pounds (I’ve had more cheat meals than I’d like to admit 🤦🏼♀️), but I have cut 3 minutes off my 3 mile run! The journey is to be continued! It’s so easy to get discouraged and give up! Run on ladies!
