Opks??
I'm new to opks cause I was always told it was pointless with PCOS but I'm experimenting with cinnamon. How do I know what day I ovulate if I have a couple days of positive opks? Do I go by the day after my first positive or how's that work? I got my first super dark positive yesterday. It's still the same if not darker today. Thanks!
