I went and got all the vitamins I could find that would help. Any other advice?

Do you happen to know if low progesterone and a short luteal phase are linked? I have an average of 10 day luteal phase and I am wondering if maybe that means I have lower progesterone.

Do not take primrose oils while trying to conceive/ pregnant, my midwife told me all vitamins not to take while trying to conceive / pregnant just stick with folic acid or pregnacare trying to conceive, it has all the vitamins you need while trying or pregnant xx
