Period When pregnant?

Question

Just curious how many women here had a period but were actually pregnant? I haven’t tested but my period was only 2 days long this month and it’s typically 4 days. Is it a normal occurrence it just something that hardly ever happens? If so what made you test?

it’s scientifically and biologically impossible to menstruate during pregnancy. Spotting is common, especially in early pregnancy, but it does not constitute a period.  Intermittent bleeding can occur during pregnancy but its not common by any means. Spotting Most commonly spotting occurs due to a fluctuation in hormones or an irritated cervix.

Could it have been implantation bleeding if you spotted early? Maybe take a test in case, but if it’s negative you can always call your doc for advice.
