Genetic disorder-would you tell father

Ten years ago the letter writer had an affair while she was married with a married man. She got pregnant and miscarried. The woman was told by doctors that the child had a rare genetic disorder on the paternal side.
10 years has passed...The man has since divorced and gotten remarried. Should she contact him to tell him in the event him and his new wife are ttc?
