Anyone else have a hard time nursing and

Losing weight? In the past month I have lost 17lbs...which is great, I thought. What ended up happening was I lost most of my milk supply and and ended up getting pretty sick which made me realize I wasnt eating enough food.

I had been staying at or under 80 carbs a day, and around 1300 calories a day.

Any moms successfully lose weight at a decent pace, what did you eat to do so...how many carbs? Carbs are my issue. I can only workout Friday, sometimes Saturdays and on Sundays. I need some help. I want to lose more weight before another baby happens!
