Hey yall, I stopped birth control just about 5 months ago, and my period has still be pretty regular. I'm currently 8 days late but still no positive test.

I've been moody, certain foods I LOVE (like ranch. I friggin love ranch) gross me out, and i was slightly nauseous when i was getting ready for work this morning.

I really dont want to get my Hope's up, but my question is:

How long did it take for you to get a positive pregnancy test after your missed period?

(Also my husband has been noticing little things that's getting his Hope's up too, and I just dont want to crush his sweet soul)
