Any Success with low AMH

Well they do say your reserves go down as you age, but mine went down more than I thought. Anyways, I’m probably going to start injections next cycle, without IUI and I was wondering if anyone else had success with a AMH similar to mine. My AMH is 0.74, eggs look good just low on the amount.
