Anyone on citalopram??

Please tell me how they made you feel and what side effects you experienced.. ive just started taking them.. when did they kick in for you??

I had really bad nightmares everyday straight. It didn’t work out for me! But besides that I found it kept my mood in order. I tried it for 2 months

A little dry mouth. Took about 4-6 weeks to kick in. I become pretty unwell if i stop, but i have a major depressive disorder. Mediation has kept me alive

I didn’t have any side effects from it. Took about 4 weeks to take full effect. It leveled out my moods, I didn’t feel like I wanted to cry all the time.
