Is spotting normal??

Im a lil nervous and worried... Im 4 days late on AF.. I took a pregnancy test last night and today morning and they  came out positive.. But since this morning, ive been spotting... Im afraid that  the test were false positives and im not pregnant and AF is coming... Very disappoint.. I so anxious cause i need answers

I know that u can’t get a fake positive, fake negatives yes but not positives. 
Also I’ve heard spotting is normal but if it becomes painful and heavy then seek medical advice x

You can have false negative if hcg is not high enough but not false positive. It can be spotting but in worse case, a chemical pregnancy. I'd say test again next couple of days, if still positive, go to doc to have them check thru blood test. Good luck!
