How do I keep this up?

What keeps everyone motivated to work out every day? Anytime I start working out... it either only lasts a week or one bad day totally bumps me off track and I don’t work out for weeks. I’m plateaued right now in the 150s, still 20 pounds away from my goal weight and it’s so disconcerting. It makes me feel like a failure, I’ve come so far just to be stuck! I wanna reach my goal in May, my hubby is graduating that month and I wanna wear something nice and sexy for him with full confidence.
