Are there any ways to tell the difference between implantation bleeding and spotting?

Last my hubby and I had unprotected sex and there was some blood when I went to the bathroom after. It was the lightest amount, just when wiping, and pink. I’m CD25 and approximately 8-10 DPO depending on what app is used. We did have sex near ovulation and he pulled out (I know it’s not 100% and that’s okay for our current situation). We also had sex on Friday. I never bleed after sex unless it’s a day or so after my period, never before though.

I sleep naked usually but wore some underwear to bed last night thinking I may start bleeding soon but when I woke up there were no traces of blood. I’ve been off birth control going on 2 months now. If my period doesn’t come then I’ll test but now I have anxiety until the wait.

So, can you tell between spotting and implantation bleeding?
