Making new friends in your 30s
I recently came to accept that my relationship with my best friend of 18 years is over for good. This isn’t a fight, it’s an ending. I’m fairly introverted and not great with big social outings. If you’ve made new friends in your 30s, how did you do it? I won’t be finding any new friends at work, or in bars or clubs as I don’t go to them. I regret investing all my time and energy into this one friend for so long. Lesson learned. 😕
