Keto while pregnant
Has anyone been on Keto while pregnant? I have been on Keto for awhile. Just wondering if it’s ok while pregnant.When I have my first appointment with my midwife I am going to talk with her. Just curious to see if anyone else is on Keto or has been on Keto while pregnant.
