I went away for 5 days for training at the beginning of January.

He told me he was coding for most of it.

Well he has this thing with writing down things he does. He does it in waves. Usually he'll do a week of remembering then he'll move on until a month goes by and he's like "I should do that again" lol basically describing every attempt I ever made at keeping a journal.

Just went up to his office looking for some of our paperwork and found this in his "journal"

He writes in a version of short hand so there's letters missing and made up symbols that mean letters. So here's what it says.

"12:15, home. This place is cold and empty.

1:26, coding for a while, miss her terribly.

2:10, loved the dog, missed my wife."

I mean, I knew he missed me cause he told me every day while I was gone. But I had no idea it meant so much to him that he'd write it down like this. 😭😭😭 I'm seriously ugly crying right now. He is just the best. ❤️❤️❤️
