Help! I think I might be pregnant!

Hey guys this is my first time posting on here but I need help! Me and my husband are trying for our second baby! My predicted ovulation days was Jan. 23rd-29th and we had sex on the 27th and 28th which said higher chance on getting pregnant. Well I was supposed to start my period today but I haven’t I’ve just been spotting for the past 3 days not a lot. Well last night I felt really sick and today I have felt sick a little and my boobs hurt! I took a test yesterday and today and they was both negative. When will be the best time to take a test ???
