Are any of you dealing with this neck rash and if so, how?? I feel like no matter what I use it gets better then worse again.

Whatever you do, avoid baby powder like the plague. Johnson and Johnson just lost a lawsuit because they knew there has been asbestos in their baby powder for decades. There is also a link between talcum and cancer. Seriously, google it; I'm not making this shit up.
I have been paranoid with what is in baby wipes as well. I usually rinsed them out before applying them to baby.
But anyways, personally, I would try first cleaning it with a wet towel with some Dr Bronner unscented soap. Then making sure the neck area is dry before applying coconut oil. And if that's doesn't work, I would try making some diaper rash. I saw a recipe online which is basically made of coconut oil, shea butter, beeswax and bentonite clay. And some crunchy mamas claim it really works. Not sure if it will really helps but my MIL make something similar just for adult rashes and it works great.

My son's neck rash isn't quite as bad and it has been getting better since I've been more diligent changing his bib and drying his little neck rolls. I change his bib at least 3 times in an hour. Then I just let them dry (if it's just drool) and use them again after his next nap so I'm not doing laundry every second or needing to buy like 173 bibs 😄

Get anti fungal cream for athletes feet and rub a thin layer three times a day will be gone quickly. We had the same issue with my daughter and my ped recommended it. Worked wonders

Yup! We treated for yeast (it was not). We just keep it dry, and put on baby lotion for eczema now. It seems to be helping a bit more than just baby butt cream, but still comes and goes.

This happened to us too. Just making sure to clean underneath and dry really good. We used Dr. Bronner’s baby unscented organic magic balm. The honest company organic all purpose balm also works well. Just being very diligent with application.

Everyone has great ideas, but I'd also call into the Dr and ask because Thu gs like that can also grow bacteria and yeast so might need an cream to treat a yeast growth or to prevent it. If it was me I'd seek medical advice directly.

We wash, dry, and apply desitin diaper rash cream. Worked great for us.
