I have a 12 year old and my youngest tuned 1 on Feb 7th. I noticed during that pregnancy that the women i work with in their 40’s or higher were a bit negative. “Wow, i would never do that at my age”, “wow that is a big gap from the first” “How does your family feel about it? I bet your high risk huh? How do your doc appts go? Etc....

Just dumb comments and questions all around. I’d get a lot of stares at first because folks were trying to figure out if I was pregnant or if I was just gaining weight. When I finally announced I was it almost felt like a tinge of jealousy. Then I’d get a barrage of questions like I’m an anomaly or something. I was 44 when i had my one year old. Smh. Got full support from my family and in laws. It’s just a weird energy from my coworkers so not really eager to tell them I’m pregnant again. Anyone else dealing with opinionated or jealous women during their pregnancies? If so, how do you handle them?
