About a year after having my son I hopped back on the treadmill. I ran my ass off, and made all this progress in 2 months! Sadly I got shin splints and now have to wait for them to heal before I get back to it (and then I caught RSV from my little boy), but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come! Running makes me feel so strong and powerful.

If you’re struggling with being consistent with working out, find something you love and stick to it! Even on days you don’t love it lol. I couldn’t afford a fancy gym or fitness classes, so I just got the cheapest gym membership I could find and my friends and family watched my son. (: Nike training club also has awesome yoga and strength training workouts!

UPDATE:

This was me in March, I started to backslide a bit after this, but then in July I found out I’m PREGNANT!! Still, I love how far I came and I’m so excited to get back to working out consistently after we have our little girl in February. 💞
