Should junk food come with warning labels?

Just as tobacco and alcohol products come with labels, should junk food have something similar?

But they have the nutritional  facts on the side. Thats pretty much a warning label.  Each thing will  affect  each person differently.  That would be a whole lot of specific warning labels.

Eh. Just like alcohol and tobacco we all already know the dangers. Labels won’t prevent us from eating anything

I would like to see food packages have warnings when they contain harmful ingredients in them - especially when they're ingredients that have been normalized and even brought to be seen as "healthy."
As far as high fat, sodium, calorie, sugar, etc. content, it's easy enough to flip over the package and figure out that the potato chips are consuming your entire recommended daily value of sodium and fat. I think resources would be better spent on educating WHY these things are an issue, rather than just telling people they are.

I don’t think so.... like the others said, it’s already on the nutrition label. I think it would hard to decide exactly what gets labeled and what doesn’t. For example... there are some energy bars that are marketed as “healthy” but have more sugar than a candy bar. Maybe instead more could be done to educate people how to read food labels or something like that.

I think the nutrition facts is kind of enough. It states the calories & all the ingredients which could be harmful or unhealthy very clearly.

They do in Chile... they have these stickers on fatty food or sugary food or high calorie foods or high in sodium...

No, the nutritional facts are right there. 
If something says 40g of carbs and sugar, it’s pretty common sense its bad for you.
