Really need advice! I have been EBF my daughter since she was born 12/18/18. I am going back to work next Monday. For two weeks I have attempted bottle feeding pumped breast milk with no success. I admit I have given in every time she hasn’t had success taking the bottle bc as a mom it rips my heart out knowing she’s crying because she’s hungry. Well now I am panicking because she’s still not taking the bottle. My husband has the mind frame if she’s hungry enough she will eat, bc she has figured out how to latch from the bottle but she gets a few sucks and unlatches. However she will only latch once in a blue moon.

Yesterday I breast fed her in the morning and tried gave bottles the rest of the day and she barely drank, and barely had any wet diapers and that freaked me out. I felt like this was abuse and couldn’t take knowing she wasn’t eating so I breast fed her last night as much as she would eat and did it throughout the night. Still not taking a bottle today.

I’ve tried every bottle brand. Idk what to do. Do some babies just not take bottles? Did I introduce a bottle to late? I’m so worried since I go back to work soon 😭😭
