So I did not no you were only supposed to take evening primrose oil from your period tell ovulation and not after that but I have been for like 7 days after ovulation... and I have read it’s bad and causes uterine contractions and may cause miscarriage I haven’t felt any cramping. Has anyone ever had this happen to them, did it result in miscarriage? 😢

Defiantly will remember not to do that next cycle! Iv also been taking maca root this whole cycle I hope that isnt bad 🤦🏼‍♀️
