Bed Rest?

Question

Have any of you been put on bed rest?
I've been reading a lot about it and my book says that it's typical for a twin pregnancy to start bed rest between 24-28 weeks. I'm just wondering if this was/is the case for any of you!

Bed rest? I definitely have to work until 32 weeks, I’m under a contract. I’m 25 weeks with twins now and feel great, can’t imagine any reason to be on bed rest in this condition right now. This is my first pregnancy.

I was not put on bedrest but I was put on restrictions. My ob said no bedrest because of increased risk of blood clots but everyone is different and their situation is. I had contractions since 20 weeks.

I am currently on hospital bed rest at a hospital an hour and a half away from my home. I was admitted on February 1st I was 2r weeks. Now I'm almost 26 and I wont be going home till I have them. I'm dilated to a 4 and 80% effaced.

I've been on hospital bed rest since Jan 31st (32 Weeks 5 Days) due to preeclampsia. Docs say I will be here until I deliver. I am currently 35 weeks, hoping to make it to 37 weeks.

I was put on modified bed rest and pelvic rest at 26 weeks. I had bleeding and my cervix thinned considerably. I could sit in my recliner in the living room and do light walking around, like going to the doctor and things like that. This was right before Christmas 2016. I felt awful I couldn't shop for my other 2 kids so my husband found me a wheelchair and wheeled me around if we left the house. This lasted until 33 weeks when my water broke and I had my girls. Only 2 weeks in the NICU and they were ready to come home!

grocery shopped and cleaned my house the day before my induction.

I wasn’t put on bedrest but I had restrictions. I work on my feet for 12+ hours a day so I eventually had to cut that in half. I however was terribly swollen from 12 weeks on and could barely get up to walk some days because My feet hurt so bad! This was my first pregnancy.
