My friend went to the hospital recently because he’s underweight. When he got back he was talking to one of my other friends and I overheard him telling her that he’s underweight because he’s ashamed of his body and that he doesn’t want to eat and he doesn’t force himself to. He’s vegetarian but he said he has to eat meat again to gain extra weight and I feel really bad cause I’m veggie too. Idk what to do because I’m not supposed to know. He said to our other friend that he doesn’t want to share it with the whole group just yet which I can understand because there is a lot of us. I want to help him because my cousin went through the exact same thing and she’s much better now but I don’t want it to seem like I was snooping on him.
